Since graduating with a master’s degree in 2013, Zhang has been in the intellectual property (IP) field, with 7 years of experience specializing in medical devices. She holds qualifications as a patent attorney, a legal practitioner, and a certified IP professional. Zhang has worked at OFilm, Advanced China LP Law Office, and Lifetech Scientific, handling cases for well-known companies. She has extensive practical experience in patent applications, reexaminations, invalidations, mining, portfolio management, and infringement analysis. Notably, she successfully handled the invalidation case of the AGA occluder patent.
